The main CMS stations in Palestine, which included Transjordan, were Nazareth, Jerusalem, Salt, Nablus, Jaffa, Shefamer, Gaza and Amman.

Letter Books and Precis Books containing correspondence, circulars and reports describe medical work, education, social welfare and evangelism in all the mission centres. The material also contains much on the Native Church Council and its workings; reports on the work of Bible women; difficulties between the bishop and missionaries and the work of female missionaries among the local women including the amalgamation of the Female Education Society with CMS. Lists of missionaries, both European and native are included.
