South America and Behar Minute Book
Minutes of the London meetings of the Advisory (later Executive) council of the mission in South America (from 1902-09 the council was also responsible for the missions Indian work) referring to work in Peru and Argentina (and the possibility of work in other areas such as Chile, Costa Rica and Colombia), with copies of minutes of missionary conferences held in Argentina (to 1908) and some correspondence. Indexed. Includes Indian Council minutes (1908-09) [See Directors Minute Book v. 4 (2.4) for July 1908 June 1911].

Peru Inland Mission
Material mainly collected by Ben Alexander (Honorary Treasurer of the PIM 1936-1940) including minutes of the meetings of the home council (from the inaugural meeting in 1936) and field committees; copies of correspondence; copies of bulletins and circulars including Faith ventures with the Evangel of God in the Montana of Peru (1931-32, later The Lamas Evangel); and some financial notes; also includes index cards with notes on British and South American workers, members of the mission, mission stations and projects.

Indian Council Minutes
Minutes of the London meetings of the Advisory Council of the mission in India, referring to all aspects of the work and to its proposed extension such as to Nepal (1913, 1919), includes copies of minutes of field conferences and correspondence from field (1901-1906). From 1919 the business was dealt with at RBMU Directors meetings. Indexed. No Minutes for Oct 1900 Dec 1902.
