In its monthly periodical The Missionary Record, the United Presbyterian Church described in detail the work of the Church in its missions abroad and at home in Scotland. Its foreign work covered the West Indies, Nigeria, South Africa, India, Manchuria and Australia. It also had centres in Europe and the Middle East which specialised in missions to the Jews.
