These help pages have been designed to guide online browsers through the most common problems associated with viewing PDF files in either MS Explorer or Netscape, on Mac or PC. In most cases, the display of PDF files embedded within the Browser will cause no problems however, some users -particularly those using Mac OS platforms - may experience displaying problems. For both operating systems, users are required to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat reader, which is free of charge and is available through the 'Get Adobe Acrobat reader' button. Please follow the appropriate link on the right for your operating system. Please note that Mac OS users (Netscape and Exlporer) may be required to follow the 'Adding PDF Plug-in' link before changing preferences.
